Anni´s breakfast muesli

Combine the dry ingredients together. Pour oil and honey to saucepan and heat until the ingredients have mixed. Combine honey-oil mix with the dry ingredients and mix. Spread muesli onto the parchment paper. Cook in 225 Celsius degree oven, stirring at times with a flat-edged wooden spoon, for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside for 30 minutes to cool. Add raisins or dried fruits, if you want. Deserve with yogurt or ice cream.

2 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl sesame seeds
1 dl flaxseeds
1 dl coconut seeds
1 dl crushed nuts
1 dl honey
1 dl rape oil
