Blue cheese-pineapple pie

Combine the dry ingredients together. Cut fat into the dry ingredients. Add cold water and mix. Push the dough on the greased pie pan. Cut pineapple rings to pieces and grate blue cheese. Dice bell pepper and mince leek. Put the ingredients of the filling to the pie pan. Mix eggs and cream together and pour onto filling. Dust black pepper on the pie. Bake in 200 Celsius degree oven for 25-30 minutes.

75 grams margarine
1 dl oat flakes
½ dl potato flakes
3 dl gluten-free flour mix
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 dl cold water

Filling:
3 pineapple rings
150 g blue cheese
1 small red bell pepper
one piece of leek
2 eggs
2 dl cream or milk
crushed black pepper
